Yes — Azek or KOMA PVC cellular trim holds paint dramatically longer in coastal conditions and won’t rot, swell, or crack. At the northern tip of LBI, wood trim is a maintenance burden that PVC eliminates. We identify every affected piece during inspection and include it in the written scope.
