Why We Started Nail Force Contracting
We started Nail Force Contracting with one simple idea: do exterior work the right way, every time, on every home. That means showing up when we say we will, being straight about what a project actually needs, and choosing materials built for the way Northern NJ weather actually behaves — not whatever happens to be on the truck.
Between the team, we have 11 years of combined hands-on experience across roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and exterior trim. We’ve worked enough older Bergen County colonials, mid-century Morris ranches, shore-area Ocean County homes, and Sussex highland properties to know that NJ housing isn’t one thing. The right install on a 1920s Victorian near Hackensack’s downtown is different from the right install on a 1960s split in Toms River. We treat that difference as the work, not the exception.
We built Nail Force because we wanted to run a company where the quality of the work is always the first priority — not the upsell, not the closing technique, not the script. A home is the biggest investment most families make. We take that seriously on every job: we explain what we’re doing and why, we specify materials built for NJ’s freeze-thaw winters and salt-air shoreline, and we stay reachable after the job is done. If a question comes up two months in, the same number that booked the estimate still picks up.
Every Nail Force install follows the manufacturer’s NJ-rated spec. Stainless ring-shank fasteners on siding so they don’t rust through. Synthetic underlayment as standard on roofing so it holds up under wind and temperature swings. Sill pans on every entry door because the threshold seal will eventually fail and the pan is the last line of defense. Step flashing woven into every shingle course where the roof meets a wall. These aren’t shortcuts we skip on a busy day — they’re what makes the install actually last.

Preferred status means the install spec is verified by the manufacturer, the team stays current on training updates, and homeowners have access to the enhanced system warranty on full-system roofing installs.

General Liability Insurance Full general liability coverage on every project. If the unexpected happens during install — a broken window, accidental damage to landscaping, anything that affects the homeowner’s property — the insurance covers it. Homeowners can request a current Certificate of Insurance for any job before work begins.

Workers’ Compensation Coverage All Nail Force team members are covered by NJ workers’ compensation on every job. If anyone is injured on the homeowner’s property, the homeowner is not exposed — the workers’ comp policy handles it. This is required by NJ law and confirms the company operates above the table.

Manufacturer Material Certifications Trained on the install spec for every major exterior product line we offer: GAF, CertainTeed, James Hardie, LP SmartSide, Andersen, Pella, ProVia, Therma-Tru, AZEK, Versatex. Materials get installed the way the manufacturer designs them to be installed.

Workmanship Warranty Every Nail Force install carries a workmanship warranty in addition to whatever manufacturer warranty applies to the materials. If the install develops an issue tied to how the work was performed, we come back and address it. The warranty is in writing on every project.

Factory-trained and certified for Owens Corning roofing systems. We also install GAF Timberline HDZ and CertainTeed Landmark — the three most reliable asphalt shingle systems on the market.
CertainTeed, James Hardie, LP SmartSide
We install the four siding categories most NJ homes need: vinyl (CertainTeed Monogram, Mainstreet), fiber cement (James Hardie HardiePlank), engineered wood (LP SmartSide), and cedar shake.
Energy Star Rated Replacements
Andersen 400 Series and Pella Architect Series double-hung. All installs include proper flashing sequence, expanding foam at the frame, and cap/casing work so the unit seals right from day one.
Steel, Fiberglass, Wood — Plus the Frame Work
Therma-Tru fiberglass, Masonite steel, solid oak custom. Every door install includes frame plumb check, threshold adjustment, weatherstripping replacement, and if needed, rot repair and new jambs.
Seamless Aluminum — Sized for Your Roof
6-inch seamless aluminum formed on-site. We size the gutter and downspout for your actual roof area (most contractors default to 5-inch) and run the slope for proper drainage at the downspouts.
Versatex PVC, AZEK Composite, Clear Cedar
PVC trim that doesn’t rot, composite for painted fascia, clear cedar where the look matters. We cut, wrap, and fasten the way the manufacturer specifies — including stainless fasteners on the coast.
