The Information We Ask For — And Why
We only collect what we need to give you an honest quote and do the work right. We don’t buy contact lists, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with marketers.
The list at right covers everything that gets collected when you interact with us — from the form you fill out to the cookies that load with the page.
Information You Give Us Directly
When you fill out a form on our site, request an estimate, or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and any project details you choose to share. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, send you a written quote, and schedule the work.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit nailforcecontracting.com, our servers and Google Analytics 4 record standard web information: pages you visit, time on page, browser type, device, approximate location (based on IP address, city-level only), and the referring website. This helps us understand which pages are useful and which need improvement. None of this is tied to your name unless you also submit a form.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like nearly every modern website, we use small text files called cookies to keep the site working properly and to measure traffic. We use Google Analytics cookies (no advertising profile) and Google Ads conversion cookies (to know when an ad click led to a contact form submission). You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.
Information From Phone Calls
When you call (973) 713-1053 or click a tracked phone number from one of our Google Ads, Google records the call number, duration, and approximate location for our reporting. We do not record the audio of the call. We only learn whether the call connected and roughly how long you spoke with us.

We use the project details you share to put together an accurate, written quote within 48 hours. We don’t guess on price — the more you tell us, the more accurate the number.

Improve the Website
We look at anonymous traffic patterns — which town pages get visited, which blog posts homeowners actually read — so we can keep adding useful content for your county and your project type.
Measure Our Ads
When Google Ads drives a homeowner to our site and they fill out the form, Google tells us the ad campaign worked. We use this to spend the ad budget on what actually helps Northern NJ homeowners find us.
Keep Records for Legitimate Work
Once you become a customer, we keep your project file for warranty, insurance, and code-compliance purposes. NJ law requires home-improvement contractors to retain records for several years after the work is completed.
What We Will Never Do
We will never sell your contact information. We will never share it with marketers or lead-generation companies. We will never use your data for anything outside of doing your project well and improving how we run the business.
The Short List of Partners We Use
To run a small business in 2026, we use a few well-known service providers behind the scenes. These companies see only what they need to do their job.
None of them sell your data either. The list at right covers every partner that touches your information.
Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps, Business Profile)
Google Analytics measures site usage anonymously. Google Ads measures whether ads worked. Google Maps shows our location. Google Business Profile hosts our reviews. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Web3Forms (Lead Form Processing)
When you submit our contact form, Web3Forms sends us your details by email. They process your message and immediately discard it. Their privacy policy: web3forms.com/privacy.
Pure Finance Group (When You Choose Financing)
If you opt into financing through Pure Finance Group, we share the contact details needed to process your application. They handle the application separately under their own privacy policy. We do not see your credit information.
Insurance Carriers (When You File a Claim)
If you ask us to work with your insurance company on a storm-damage claim, we share photos, measurements, and our written quote with your adjuster. This is at your direction — we don’t contact insurers without your okay.
Legal Authorities (Only If Required by Law)
If a court order or NJ state law requires us to disclose information, we will comply with the minimum necessary to satisfy the request. We don’t volunteer information to anyone.

Ask us at any time for a copy of the information we have about you. We’ll send it within 30 days. There’s no fee.
Correct Anything Wrong
If we have something wrong — wrong phone number, wrong address, wrong project notes — tell us and we’ll fix it the same day.
Have It Deleted
Ask us to delete your information and we’ll remove everything we’re not legally required to keep (NJ retains contractor records). Email nailforcecontracting@gmail.com to request deletion.
How We Protect Your Information
We keep your information on systems that use modern security: encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the website, password-protected email and project tools, and a small team that has been background-checked.
No system is unhackable — if a breach ever affects you, we’ll tell you directly within the time frames New Jersey law requires.
HTTPS Encryption
Every page on nailforcecontracting.com loads over an encrypted connection. Form submissions and any data you type are protected in transit.
Children Under 18
Our services are for homeowners and property owners. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we’ll delete it.
How Long We Keep Things
Inquiries that don’t turn into projects: deleted after 12 months. Completed customer files: retained as required by NJ home-improvement contractor law (typically 6 years). Anonymous analytics data: retained per Google Analytics defaults (14 months).

Changes to This Policy
